1. Acceptance

By accessing Puzzle Platform you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe. If you are between 13 and 17, you may use free features only with parental consent.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We use passwordless magic-link authentication — keep your email inbox secure. Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. All charges are in USD.
• Your subscription auto-renews until you cancel. You may cancel any time via the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or obscene
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the puzzle-generation engine
• Share your account credentials or resell access to the platform
• Upload material that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• Interfere with or disrupt the security or availability of the service

6. Intellectual Property

Your content: You own the PDF puzzle books and covers you generate using our tool. You may sell them on Amazon KDP or any other platform.

Our content: The software, algorithms, brand, and website design are owned by Puzzle Platform. You may not copy or redistribute them.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted uptime, error-free operation, or that generated puzzles will meet any specific quality standard.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion, without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify subscribers by email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
