Refund Policy

1. Subscription Plans
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide partial-period refunds for subscription cancellations, except where required by law.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days and we will investigate and refund if appropriate.
2. Digital Products (Ebook PDFs)
Because digital downloads are delivered immediately and cannot be "returned", all ebook sales are final and non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue downloading your file, contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
3. Print Books
Print books are self-fulfilled (shipped directly from us). If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the damage.
- We will offer a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
We do not accept returns for change of mind on print books once the order has shipped.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
We handle each case individually. If you feel this policy has been applied unfairly, please contact us and we will do our best to find a fair resolution.
